Pricing & Requirements

This private, family-friendly park will give you that "home away from home" feeling! With access to storage units at Lake Lavon Storage, a gym at Fitness300, and 24/7 laundry services you don't want to miss out on booking with Longhorn Luxury. 

$75 Nightly Fee- $25 deposit

$275 Weekly Fee- $100 deposit

$385 Bi-Weekly Fee- $120 deposit

Water and Wi-Fi are included, electricity is billed separately. Credit and background checks will be run for long term guests.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

Should a guest cancel their reservation or not arrive on the reserved arrival date, the deposit will become non-refundable. A daily or weekly guest arriving on the reserved arrival date will have their deposit applied towards the cost of their stay. A Bi-Weekly guest arriving on the reserved arrival date will have their deposit held until time of departure. At that time, the deposit will be refunded providing all electricity and rent are paid and current, and the RV space is left in the condition it was rented, i.e., no trash left or no damage to the space.
